This year, to ensure we are keeping on track of our goals set through our Annual Improvement Plan, staff are focusing on particular areas each fortnight. Teachers have set professional goals which align with our school goals and targets for the year. Some areas that are being focused on are setting clear learning intentions and ensuring students understand what these are, modelling think alouds when reading and writing, incorporating student voice more in the learning process and being more specific with our questioning and feedback.
