Resilience Project - Year 3 and 4!
In ¾, we’ve been reflecting on the Resilience Project, what we enjoy about it and the importance of resilience. Here are some of our responses:
Resilience is not letting your anger take over you and staying calm. It’s important so you can live a good life and to make the world a better place. – Jaja, 3/4 Green
Resilience is not quitting when you find something hard, to pull yourself back up and try again because in life you might find stuff hard, but you need to try again. Emma, 3/4 Green
It is very fun and it has taught me a lot. It is making school better when I have fights, I’m taking five deep breaths. – Eliza, 3/4 Orange
I like doing mindfulness because it makes me feel more calm and focused for the next subject. – Anthia, 3/4 Orange
